Still not in agreement to dole out so many options for NVA new directors together with 40% salary raise. This is basically free money as we will hit 1.2 $ SP in a few months upon results. I think putting the options at something like 1.7$ for 2 billion NPV would be better as it gives a target that is not yet achieved (only reason 1 Bln NPV is not achieved are delays with assays). So I’d say putting a higher strike price and a higher Post Tax NPV (or a combo: some small amount of options at low strike and more options at high strike). That way you can reward loyalty and through upping the base reflects market levels better.”
