That should be a good fight to watch. Yeah the other Lithium companies are going to the environmental regulators and complain that LKE are harvesting the lithium without depleting the aquifer. Maybe if those other companies want to extract lithium in a 21st century way they could pay LKE for the privilege. Thats not to say that idiots wont go to courts to protect antiquated techniques, the courts are full of idiots.
