    So good news today!!!
    1. "Oversubscribed" and "12% premium" are expressions that I like to see as a shareholder
    2. Finally, projects can be analyzed better
    3. NPV in the Kachi PFS was $748 million
    4. Because of the premium quality of 99.97%, that could be double, $1.5 billion
    5. Kachi could be extended to 50 ktpa. NPV could rise to $3 billion
    6. Lithium prices went up by 75% just in the last 3 months. This alone could double the NPV to $6 billion.
    7. The other 3 projects could be explored, that could give more value to the NPV
    8. Lithium prices could keep on increasing in this once in a generation super cycle, as the Goldman report described it
    9. We could easily arrive to $8-$10 billion NPV
