that is correct
we have been given a trading range of 25c to 45c
use the time between now and next Friday 12/2 to pick up parcels that are at the lower end of this range (ie 25 to 33c) when you can
after that, like we said a few months/weeks back, say goodbye to 5 cents, say goodbye to 10 cents, say goodbye to 20 cents, next will be 40 cents - the pattern is very easy to follow!
