What you are referring to is their best assessment made last year, before severe flooding that required State Emergency assistance to help flood stricken communities.
I think it is unfair to hold Peter Kerr responsible for severe weather events that even meteoroligists could not have forseen. Peter is good, but not that good that he can forsee future weather.
What I am referring to is the updated assessment announced on 27th February 2023 that stated they anticipated commissioning of the repaired plant by end of March.
In today's announcement Peter Kerr has stated the plant will be operational in 2 weeks time, that would be 5th April.
So 31st March has now gone to 5th April . . . I reckon that Peter was pretty close on the call he made back in February . . . out by 5 days.
