Pure speculation on my part... but I'm an optimist
they drill... they like what they see. They get more rigs in.
they want more land... this takes time and money...
they speak with huayou... get them in low under the condition they support the company in future raises which are ideally much higher.
paper work is complete on land grab... they just need the $$$. They only had <3 mill in the kitty prior to this cash injection.
settle the land grab, results are free to flow.
just my opinion on what could be unfolding.
