    theyve got shares at 55c, they won't be signing up for that if they weren't confident.
    People say, oh it;'s only $2.5m, that's a chunk for a company our size.

    Oh & the retail investor who usually gets screwed big time on these deals, can by at a 42% discount to this price right now...
