Having looked at the balance sheet position as of June 2023, and our cash outflows in Q1 and anticipated cash outflows in Q2, CAI will need to raise $25mill.
Alternatively, CAI can raise a lower amount and request our creditors to defer their payments terms into Q3 - this has been done in the past.
I expect around 800 million shares in issue soon.
