We shall see if this new "gun" hire works out. From what I've gleaned his track record isn't spotless. It's great to have a dedicated experienced CCO on board, but I'll hold judgement on him until I see what he can do.
Overall, the company is definitely heading in the right direction. Now if only these morons at 40c would let it run.
