whilst it is a minor point, I find there must be little "proof reading" conducted on these important ASX releases.
- The section headed "Michigan" refers to Colorado activities.
- There is a sentence in "Septic Station" that is incomplete and ends with the word "...for..." and then nothing.
- I got confused when they talk about the readymix concrete users, and the tanks and dispensing systems ie whether some of them are same operators/companies, or different companies?

I have to say this deal and cap raising and ASX release looks rushed, which is supported by the fact that the "record date" was yesterday 18 June, and SPP closes 10 July.

The bit about the "Possible Backstop Finance" is interesting.

I still think E/C is progressing, but we all knew that the progress was slow - and now Covid has slowed it even more.
I still think we have a product which is viable - we just have to get there.
