FBR kept saying there are massive global interest that have been backing them to succeed, it all makes sense now, just within the last year or so, machinery manufacturer on board, now material manufacturer on board, plus Mexican and Saudi as potential first customers, many important starting pieces have been pin down.
All waiting on one thing...and that one thing is surely not yet factored in.
