As Ive said since they 've made the release yesterday I would think there is nothing immediate that the directors would know which would preclude them from buying on market ie a window may be open.
Lets see if any updates over next few days
But then again why would they need too if the AGM resolutions pass to give them free ones.
I wonder if Tattarang are ever proactive in their investments ? - they did take more @ $1.30 placement ( halved that part at one stage today )
