I got hit with stage 4 melanoma in Dec last year. I'm responding really well to immunotherapy (really well!), but I've now had a very personal insight into management of chronic disease. Apart from getting an appreciation of how great our health system is, I've come to learn how important feedback from patient to Doctor is, and from there, how quickly tests (so many blood tests) and scans are done.
I've no doubt the attending Doctors would be following their DMX-200 patients progress very closely. Even for the Doctor's own well being. Seeing the smile on a Doctor's face when they give good news, that's gotta be so good for a Doctor's mental health.
