Even if they win it, projects this size can be a double edged sword for companies with small, or no working capital. Given TZ’s non existent capital reserves, if there’s not at least 60-70% margin on this, then they won’t have the funds to realise it.

Surely BOA would do due diligence on their suppliers to make sure that they’re not going to go belly up between deposit paid and delivery. One look at TZ’s past and current financials would rule out them out of contention as a supplier for a project this size.
