oh dear and I just lost a multi-referenced reply  to the kindly @gragou02 due to your lovely, helpful posts noonster and Saragian,  but that’s OK - in retrospect most of it was a ramble on thermoses!

…Then a sidetrack into Bevan Slatterly who founded Megaport in 2013, the same year he founded Superloop
(He remains non-executive chairman here although he sold a portion of his shares back in September just a few days before he stepped down from the position of being Superloop chairman) (Maybe both things were to focus on his new company Soda? [ref]).

I think the rest was mainly lots of gratitude to you gragou again for your information and understanding of the company (which I still do not :/)
… I thought the point  on lack of patents was very interesting

(which reminded me of thermos again and how the ill-treated {??} glass blower 0f the infamously nasty-to-his-staff inventor pinched the idea and successfully patented it)​
