Furthermore, I'd be interested to know if any of the "Asian and Australian institutional investors" Dr Mair refers to have any beneficial connection, now or potential, with Shenghe.
If so, should there not be a substantial shareholder notice issued?
I'm keen to know if Shenghe have increased their holding from 12.5% to, say, 19.9%, as someone recently suggested.
Beyond Shenghe and Global X, we don't really know who the substantial shareholders are, since they're almost certainly hidden behind nominee companies.
