    Hello. Your post sounds like nonsense. VMM won't have a better Scoping Study than MEI based on conventional processing. The MEI OPEX for their Capo Del Mel will obviously outperform anything VMM can conjure up; except if VMM conjure up a theoretical Scoping Study using the IXR commercially untested novel technology and, if they do, VMM will appear to lose 50% of the project to IXR in a JV. Pr/Nd remains at US$45/kg.
