They are a bloc, which are in opposition to us and europe so do you expect they will decide as a bloc?
Im pointing out a valid risk, you can take it how you like, soveign risk is still there. While we have a chaotic world this will be noticed, probably why vmm SP hasnt moved much after the latest announcement.
