ok basically what you are saying is excluding certain parts of the USA and certain parts of Iz don’t invest. However, when it comes to REE, there just any viable projects that can compete with the Chinese. Further, for a country that has significant majors involved such as Vale, Rio, Bph - I would prefer Brazil to most in the world. Cost of exploration is multiples cheaper. Process of approvals have significantly less red tape to cut through. Finally, BRICS has many nations - from nations pro Chinese to pro USA. Brazil is just not DRC.
