They may have been correct on the grades but I think they are undershooting the CAPEX. Recent studies in South America by Tier 1 engineering houses for pH 4 AMMSUL processing of ionic clays:

T2CupandHandle is predicting $340m USD initial CAPEX. We will know this soon with the Hatch SS, so I will await my kudos then
