Unless not having access to their land poses any dire pit constraints, they don't seem to have much of value.
Grades fall away towards their boundary and are below cutoff.
Azimut theorise another pegmatite but so what?
One, proof please.
Two, we don't need tonnage as we will have a huge resource on our property.
Weight it up. If accretive to us then bother, otherwise dont look back.
