Yes I do believe the Adina deposit is a good one.
Unfortunately we are not well endowed with infrastructure so that is the discount already applied to us.
Hopefully suitors comes to their senses - what is comforting is that no suitors has touched LRS either for its crazy valuation and poor deposit that is understandable.
