This year will be a very big year for the share price, as soon as they announce (as Mr Birney put it) a "long term" contract for the baby they have already

meantime even NVR might come up with something on the Coretrack. He's got nothing else to do. Notably Birney is now signing the announcements, so we should have got rid of Nanne's hopeful promises and failures to deliver. This announcement is just good solid facts.
