    Hi Capped,
    The Malawi holding company is the Malawi entity that the mine is controlled under fully owned by GBE. It will operate the mine and pay royalties for ore at mine extractions. While GBE will own both that entity and control the refinery also, adding value to the ore once refined to oxide.
    Hope this simple answer helps.
    SP needs to move north before they exercise under any circumstances.
