the acquisition is going to be completed at the the end of may. Giving accent 1 month of trading before EOFY 21 which is why it will not materially impact revenue. maybe $7.5 million in extra revenue.
the reason imo they have gone after this is
- vertical brands (25% of sales) continuing the vertical strategy (4 brands)
- exclusive distribution rights of other global brands (7 brands)
- 500,000 loyalty members
- grow digital sales
- expand to NZ
