4th quarter 2009 running out fast and what has happened?
same MO as a few years ago, acquire new projects while putting on teh front that the original project is still significant, then gradually change the focus and the original project is out of focus....in the meantime, the boiler room make hundreds of thousands and sometimes millions at the expense of the retail holders via the P&D's.
It's always been game on! the retail holders just didnt know the rules
