Surprised they are still holding - they won't for long. They no longer meet the criteria for inclusion in the Index (see below - my underlining). At the next re-weighting, these will be sold (can't be accepted into the offer as Genesis not in Index). Next Index review date 30 November, with announcement on 9 December. Companies eligible for inclusion in Index:

• Companies that generate at least 50% of their revenues from gold and/or silver mining/royalties/streaming or have mining projects with the potential to generate at least 50% of their revenues from gold and/or silver when developed; and
• Market cap exceeding $150 million; and
• Daily average trading volume of at least $1 million and traded at least 250,000 shares per month over the last six months
