You can just as well sell your DCN shares at the market and buy back the equivalent of the GMD offer or even more, sometimes we do better than the 0.843 offered ! Provided that you want to hold GENESIS...!
With the money obtained, you might as well buy Silver Lake, Evolution Mining, etc... which will surely benefit more from your rise in gold predicted for years !
