Wow, sounds like even more of a rort for those that DID accept the offer.
If the case and the share price exceeds the offer value, those who accepted can't even benefit by withdrawing and selling.
Surely that is not legal?

In the meantime, there's someone keen with 1.2 million on the buy side at 10.5 cents.
I'm still hopefully the SP will get run up well above the offer price and now that it is closing, hopefully happy days ahead.
