I don't believe delisting DCN securities is a threat, IMO this is the intention of GMD and will probably happen within months of the close date of the offer.
GMD have stated many times that they may seek to delist so it will be no surprise when it happens.
I doubt KIN and Delphi can do anything about it either. This couldl end out being an expensive exercise for KIN and Delphi.
