If GMD get to 90% they can and will compulsory acquire the final 10% and I wouldn't be surprised if we see a greater take up rate on the offer through further scare mongering in this announcement than we've seen over the past few months (still ain't getting mine unless they hit 90%).
They can have DCN delisted though.
GMD have put all thier eggs into the one basket now relying upon the SBM merger to create HH.
I expect to see DCN go to market again to raise that $10 mill that passed at last AGM before end of Sept quarter this year, now they're switching off all revenue by end of March quarter this year.
KIN will be sitting in their war room eyeing an opportunity.
