GMD have put all thier eggs into the one basket now relying upon the SBM merger to create HH.
I expect to see DCN go to market again to raise that $10 mill that passed at last AGM before end of Sept quarter this year, now they're switching off all revenue by end of March quarter this year.
KIN will be sitting in their war room eyeing an opportunity.

Is it not true that once the offer is closed then GMD can buy out KIN for whatever price is required to secure the deal and maybe get over 90%??
