No submarine tactics from me. I disclosed in my first post above I hold GMD shares.
All I was saying that being a minority shareholder is very difficult. Of course directors need to ensure deals with related parties benefit all shareholders but those same directors do not need minority shareholder approval to sign contracts etc.
This is just corporate reality.
