Fair points about being a minority shareholder in general, but in this situation it is all about the difference between GMD having control and GMD having ownership.
It will be interesting to see what % the last and final push got to. I think GMD have to report each 1% increment. My guess is they won't have got much further.
Perhaps the announcement and HC posts are all out of concern for the poor minority shareholders. Kind of public service announcements and posts. Or methinks they all doth protest too much that full ownership is no big deal control is fine.
Buying DCN shares from now on, imho, is all about a second TO offer for the remaining 20%
