I'm in the same situation.

Accepted in September and still waiting for the change over to take place.

Can't sell either because I opted in for the merger.

My hunch is that my shares have been loaned out by the fund.

Called ING to find out what is going on and told the delay is because the ASX hasn't completed the transfer as of yet.

Smells like a load of BS by my fundy.
