I highly expect by the end of this (and I express that this is pure speculation), that the Mt Morgan's plant, offices and village will be relocated.

Why??

1. There is no economically viable ore sources at Mt Morgan's once the low grade stockpiles are gone.
2. Mohammad (the plant) always goes to the mountain (economic ore source).
3. Mt Morgan's village relocation cheaper than building new camp ( why leave it there to erode away)
4. 1 central business hub instead of running 2.
