    Apparently Dacian Gold shares might be compulsory acquired if GMD gets 90% of DCN and I was told today by Genesis Computershare that as GMD is now majority holders they can have more GMD people on the board, they could as well decide to delist DCN. Is that a possibility? Would appreciate comments on this. Thank you.
