    re: Ann: GML: CTO: Citigold Takeover Bid for ... Yes, I don't think it a "bad thing" given the low cost of keeping these guys going (only about $200k per quarter and they have $400k or so in the Bank). Dilution is minimal.

    But I started this thread off by saying "why" ... we can all only speculate, but I too am still asking "why". A simple release to the ASX should fix this.

    I think some of you talk to Towsey, Lynch et al ... why not give them a call and find out and let us all know.

    On the surface of it, appears to be a baffling decision.
