So as some have suggested this is possibly a indication that production is now on target to reach estimates. I really couldn't see management going after other assets if operations weren't on target.
I'm kinda miffed though as to why they diluted and then make an offer now rather than just wait until cash flow improved.
Are they privy to something that makes them want to move now?
