    re: Ann: GML: CTO: Citigold Takeover Bid for ... I also am a bit shocked at this announcement. For me it shows that management arn't that confident about their Sept, Dec gold production targets. If they were confident about it why woudn't they wait 6 months to make an offer for GML as they are paying for it in shares. It would be alot cheaper to purchase once CTO shares have increased in price as a result of meeting those gold production targets.

    I have held onto this stock hoping that the underlying assets of CTO can compensate for management but i am begining to have my doubts.
