    I know where you are coming from but the whole question of what anyone said gets back to the credibility of the person making the statement.
    In the past many such statements have been made by CTO management that have come to nought and then silence, not even the slightest explanation as to why such and such did not happen as they said it would.!!!
    I liken owning CTO shares to screwing my hand up in a vice, it hurts like hell, but then it feels so good when I come to my senses and unscrew the vice by selling.
    The problem is that I have this uncontrolable urge to put my hand back in the vice and do it all again and that is the position I am in right now, and #$%& it is hurting.
