    re: Ann: GML: CTOCitigold's offer for Gat... Citigold’s voting power in Gateway as at 9.00am on the date of this notice is 16.23%. So far they have converted approx 2%. It's now up to GML shareholders & directors to hand over their stock within 6 working days (unless extended...).

    Is it likely to be extended?...YES

    Will CTO continue to increase its share in GML?...YES

    Will CTO gain a position on the GML Board?...LIKELY

    Will CTO be successful in gaining control of GML?...I don't think so.
