    re: Ann: GML: Directors' Statement re Tak... GML Directors intend to advise their shareholders their reasoning for rejecting the takeover offer in detail through the circulation of a formal Target Statement to be mailed out mid September.

    Expect further negative sentiment towards the management of Citigold. The flagging of a blundered takeover will only fuel further criticism of CTO's level of competency & the market will give them a flogging for it.
