    1. CTO will hopefully make a favourable September announcement. The shareprice of CTO will increase quite some. The existing offer to GML shareholders will be extended.

    2. The CTO shareprice will remain unaffected & CTO will increase the offer in response.

    Either scenerio will playout to conclusion before the AGM towards the end of October.

    If CTO is unsuccessful with the takeover of GML, even more reason to vote down the current board. Remember Foley is up for re-election & his ticket deserves the big cross in the NO box.
