    This is good news...I dont want CTO to succeed in the GML takeover just yet. Why?
    1. I dont want my CTO shares further diluted 2. I want CTO to get its own mine running properly (ie producing gold as per announcements) before taking on more challenges 3. If CTO is "on the cusp" then we should have a huge appreciation in the SP of CTO, meaning a takeover could be done at a substantially lower scrip for scrip ratio.
