    It's a takeover not a JV.

    If CTO is successful:

    1. GML could be delisted & become a subsidiary of CTO or

    2. CTO will more likely dilute its interests in GML by using the entity as a capital raising vehicle & may do what you say but in both regions. Ultimately CTO would want to secure a future for itself.
