I don't know enough about REE to know the amount of demand for the land.

But just looking at the track record between Mars Mines and GMN, both entities have only ever (seemingly) been interested in acquiring land. Mars acquired so much land which they couldn't do anything with that they reversed the land into GMN.

I don't think (stand to be corrected here) that either have any record for successful exploration (unless you call acquisition of land, rock chip sampling and rock chip assays successful).

Yes I know that exploration is a rough game, and every explorer is a failure until they aren't, but the non-stop land banking just doesn't sit right with me.
