I'm don't 100% agree with your call on them not building a resource. Dave gave himself and others some very nice 10mt resource discovery over 5 years performance share.
That alone would at least lead me down the path of thinking they could drill on at minimum 1 tenement out of the thousands(/s) they hold.
Would be nice for holders to see a drilling ANN instead of more land chasing a nearology ANN.
