should really be priced at 15 times in this market which would indicate at least 30% higher -theoretically up to 50% odd given holding in UMG ( very low debt) and backing of hard assets -in other words, its nearly a utility!! once in low interest environment you would make that 20 times!
and given ructions in AGL, ORG, etc, one of the better ones !
