Once again we see another delay of 2 weeks to the 19th. What is concerning here is the following.

GR Engineering advises that it has entered into a settlement deed with Eastern Goldfields Limited (EGS.ASX) (Eastern Goldfields) and others to fully and finally settle all claims in relation to the Contract (Settlement Deed). Whilst the terms of the Settlement Deed are confidential, GR Engineering confirms that its terms contemplate the payment to GR Engineering of $8.25 million, with the settlement sum payable in three installments and with the last installment payable by 3 October 2018.

If EGS were already suppose to be paying installments as per above with the last one to be payable by the 3rd of October. The delay in recapitalisation being sought, brings this into question. Again it will be a wait and see process with Hawk's Point picking up the debt (Investec).

Any more news on Davyhurst operations, apart from the last with mining ceasing.
